Webinars offer guidance for research proposals

Mar 15, 2017Media release

A Better Start National Science Challenge and its partner national child health research charity Cure Kids have run webinars to assist researchers developing proposals for their $2.8 million contestable funding round.

The round seeks innovative child health research proposals to find better ways to reduce child obesity, improve early literacy, reduce adolescent mental health problems and explore early diagnosis and behavioural management of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

The initial two webinars are hosted by Challenge Director Professor Wayne Cutfield and Tim Edmonds, the Director of Research and Innovation for Cure Kids.

The two organisations thank all those who participated for their interest and their agreement for the webinars to be recorded and published.
